We offer free delivery in Malaysia on all orders made on our website.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the courier tracking number.

Where is my order? 
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on Photochromex.com.
If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact Courier Service Provider with your Tracking number or our Customer Care Team.

How does your Return Policy work?
If you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

Returns Policy

  • We offer 30-days money back guaranteed.
  • We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.photochromex.com
  • If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

Please note, however, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging with tags attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials).
 
You can choose one of the following return options:
Item must be returned within 30days from the date the item is received.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return

Exchange Eligibility

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Exchanges are only available for different size and/or colour of the same style or that is equivalent or lower in value. (While stocks last)

We only accept returns on items purchased from photochromex.com. Items purchased from Authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

Refund Process

If your order is eligible for a refund, the refund will be made via your original payment method. Refund process may take around 15-30 working days to inspect your return.

Important Note:
PHOTOCHROMEX reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.

Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a PHOTOCHROMEX account, please create a PHOTOCHROMEX account to initiate an exchange or return.
